Can you guess from the ingredients on my cutting board what style of cuisine I’m cooking tonight and then guess the beer I’ll be drinking with it?
Thai mat (perhaps there’s a tin of organic coconut milk lurking just out of frame) with, uhm, Harp Lager, perhaps…
Harp stays sharp to the bottom of the glass! Right cuisine, strangely enough wrong beer….
Thai food, served with I.P.A.

Fredrik – a nice spicy IPA would be wonderful. I don’t think though that this beer will be quite so hoppy…..
