Well I am a bit biased since I have never liked Innis & Gunn but what I get from hearing that they want you to drink their beer at 4-6 degrees is that they have realized how bad it really is so to compensate for that you should drink it at a temperature where you can’t feel most of the flavors
Just tried the rum thingie. I say as Trev, not my cup of tea. Smelled like a pan full of melted butter. The taste was ok but nothing I will buy again. I think it is like that that Innes & Gunn isnt for me. I felt that afterglow of the alcohol though. Mustve been the low temperature (or im a softie).
