Breaking news……. You either love em or you hate em but there’s no questioning those guys over at BrewDog love their beer and breaking the rules.
Today they’ve even broken a world record with the announcement within the last hour that they’ve managed to brew the world’s strongest ever beer, which weighs in at a jaw-dropping 32% ABV.
Tactical Nuclear Penguin (TNP) is an imperial stout that was aged in two different whiskey for 16 months before being stored at -20 degrees in a Scottish ice cream factory for three weeks to get it down to 32%..
See how the two BrewDog owners (yes, they’re the ones dressed up as penguins) did it by clicking on play.
More details to follow shortly………..

Haha damn! I want me one of thoose botles.
I’m sending out emails like crazy to get a bottle to Sweden!!
Not really a pint after pint beer but it would be nice to try and it’s a lot cheaper than Utopias. I hope you get one and tell us how it was.
I hope it will be on smaller than normal bottles…
At that strength one bottle is going to last a veeery long time!
(although that depends of course on who you drink it with…..)
If you need someone to share the bottle with I won’t let you down!
I knew I could count on you Joe!
The world´s strongest beer? Not for long:

I don’t suppose the BrewDog crew are that bothered – they’ve had another 15 minutes of fame out of it!
