After a flood of entries (Ok so maybe it was more of a steady trickle) I can now reveal the first ever winner of the Great Beer T-shirt Giveaway competition!

Neil managed to make an 11^th hour correction to his earlier entry ensuring it was just about funny enough to scoop the first prize.

If you like drinking beer and looking good while you’re doing it then start getting excited because this week BeerSweden kicks off the biggest giveway of branded beer T-shirts in blogging history (probably).

I have begged, borrowed and bribed the companies behind many of the most popular beer brands available in Sweden right now to assemble a collection of beery T-shirts so large I could probably start an Ebay business and retire in luxury.

But rather than do that I’ll be giving you the chance to win a different beer branded T-shirt every few weeks until stocks run out.

The rules are cunningly simple. Look at the picture at the bottom of this page and come up with the most amusing caption to accompany it. It doesn’t matter if you write the caption in English or Swedish, it’s the one  that makes me smile the most that will win the T-shirt.

Remember my decision is final (it’s one of the few privileges of running your own blog) and that I can only send T-shirts to people living in Sweden as I’m stumping up for the postage charges myself.
